The UNL Proteomics and Metabolomics Facility will be transitioning to Stratocore PPMS software for sample submission, order management, and billing.
As part of this update, the customer onboarding process will change slightly and include a few additional steps. Detailed instructions for setting up a Stratocore PPMS profile are available in the PMF Stratocore User Guide. Our team is happy to assist if you encounter any difficulties.
Customer Workflow to submit samples for PMF Services
Steps 1, 3a, and 6 represent new additions to the process. All other steps remain unchanged from the previous workflow.

| 2. Complete the PMF Submission Form (Accessible through a link on Stratocore or our website) |
| 3. Submission Form Approval a. Upon approval, you will receive an email directing you to Stratocore to review your order. Note: This step does not need to be completed, but it is available for your information. b. The approval email will also include a link to submit your sample delivery information. |
| 4. Provide or update your sample delivery information |
| 5. Deliver your samples |
| 6. Optional: Monitor your open orders in Stratocore Track progress until results are reported, and review or approve any modifications to your open orders as needed. |
Delivery and Shipping Instructions
All hand-deliveries of samples for full-service users are scheduled through our online sample submission platform as part of their sample submission process. Beadle Center and local users must place their samples in the dry ice box located outside of Beadle E139 at their scheduled time.
