Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX SRT

Laboratory image showing a Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX SRT flow cytometer positioned on a metal bench inside a biosafety enclosure. The white instrument features a blue accent strip and the label “CytoFLEX SRT” on the front. The sample chamber door is partially visible, with warning symbols indicating laser and biohazard safety. The surrounding area includes lab equipment and stainless‑steel surfaces, allowing a controlled flow cytometry and cell‑sorting environment.
CytoFLEX SRT

The Core Facility’s CytoFLEX SRT is a four-laser platform (405, 488, 561 and 638nm) instrument capable of detecting FSC, SSC and 15-colors. It is the Center’s only instrument capable of sorting samples. It is able to sort up to four separate populations from the same sample, and deposit them in a variety of tubes and plates. It is stationed in a Baker BioPROTECT biosafety cabinet. It operates under CytExpert SRT Software.

Sunshine system by Unchained Labs

The Sunshine system by Unchained Labs is a microfluidics platform designed for nanoparticle production, including liposomes, lipid nanoparticles, and polymer nanoparticles.

Utilizing modular components like the Quad Pump and micromixer chips, Sunshine enables experimentation with control over flow rates, ratios, and reagent handling.

Sunshine is operated by Sunny Suite Software, where users can design, configure, and execute protocols, providing reproducibility and scalability
