Welcome to the Genomics Core Research Facility

The Genomics Core Research Facility (GCRF) was established to provide cutting edge technology for genomic analysis to UNL and local investigators. At present, we provide Illumina/Solexa next generation sequencing and Affymetrix GeneChip DNA microarray services. We also maintain several multi-user imaging systems such as the UVP EPI Chemi II Darkroom, the BioRad Personal Molecular Imager FX and the BioRad iCycler iQ Real Time PCR system. In the future, we will continue to expand our capabilities, acquiring new technologies for genomic analysis as they become available. Additionally, it is our hope that the facility can become an integral "partner" in future genomics-based research projects.
